had some extra cheesecake brownies after giving them out to my og. so gave one each to ian and stewart. and char, ju and hannah happened to see them and took the last three. then alex asked how come she didnt get any. and isaac saw my empty plastic containers and asked what that was. kenric too. (juueww).
so i decided to be nice and bake another batch today (: and the thing is, today's batch turned out nicer and prettier! :D for some reason. i could tell the difference before it went into the oven - everything seemed better than yesterday's batch. the cheesecake batter was smoother too.
and the swirling was quite a fair bit better. what goes into the oven never really comes out looking the same. the swirled parts come out slightly different (remember the raspberry swirled cupcakes) but this time, the batter was less overswirled (: yay. some parts arent really swirled properly but at least that's better than overswirling.
wheeee. love the smell of cheesecake brownies.
i should really bake something else soon.
