wheee, YLS stuff ended early around 3 p.m.
nat wong, liana and i were waiting at the roundabout after YLS. we started talking about our seat partners in mg, the hallelujah song that's played every morning - how our class ran in at the climatic ending (haha), how there was once our entire class didnt go down for assembly because we were isolated in the primary school block and didnt hear the hallelujah song at all (amazing, huh), and how claire chong was the only one who dared to wake nat chin up by slapping her on the back.
and quote of day is by nat wong: 'i'm not a mugger!' exclaimed nat wong. liana and i looked at each other with the 'omg did she just say that! haha.' look.
this weekend is just EE all the way. though i am extra extra tempted to do math instead. sadly, no more chem worksheets for me to do to excuse myself from working on ee. no more bio worksheets either. there's eng commentary though - i like the poem (:
econs test, maths test, chem test, bio test, LSS, SSEF, YLS, math portfolio - all of that coming up in the next few weeks.
time is a curious thing. everyone has the same amount of time but yet, everything turns out so different. 'there are only 24 hours in a day' - what she said has stuck with me for some strange reason, and it's not that i didnt know there are 24 hours in a day before.
oh well. EE, SSEF and LSS call. it's a wonder how you get used to all sorts of acronyms in ib.
