frailty, thy name is woman. i can't remember the response to this.
the past week has been tiring. founder's day rehearsal was so loooooong. worst part was that orch was only playing the opening and closing pieces, so everything else in between seemed so draggy. the v1 section was having fun during the prize presentation though, thanks to daniel and matthew. haha. and koon min.
tuesday was normal school. and i can't even remember what happened on tues. even though though that was just 2 days ago. oh right, we had chem ionic equilibria test. and the king lear screening. got back our econs test - hey wow, got 17, quite amazing. considering my part (d) was quite terribly done.
life science symposium yesterday. the deco team did quite a good job for the hexagon IB bio lab, according to the avatar theme. jecolia was my na'vi (or whatever you call it. i dont know. i didnt watch avatar. yes ryan - how can i not?). drama made the entire goh visit to the lab so hilarious. the first time i heard ryan's na'vi saying 'to kill... FUNGI!' i started laughing. haha omg.
stayed at my bench for a really long time. then went with alvin, nick ngiam and mervyn to see the rest of the labs. the non-newtonian thing was cool! haha. and the supersaturation too. oh oh! we went to see the sea lion at the space frame. HAHAHA. there was a touch pool there as well. isaac was paranoid about the starfish poking him, he kept imagining pain when he touched it.
after lss, went to find pc. had my questions answered and found out what i need to work on. which is a lot. gaps! haha. pc says i'm starting to get the year 6 look. last year was the year 5 look.
today is thursday. why isn't it friday! anyway. nothing much exciting happened today. just got back chem test. oh, it is quite entertaining to listen to ben read what Vasudeva says. and the library printer jammed on the day that everyone wanted to print stuff.
sigh there's so much work to do, everyone's feeling the stress. a million things going on these few weeks - math portfolio, ssef, math portfolio, ssef, world lit, ssef. yls.
wheeeee looking forward to saturday morning! that's like the best part of the day. you can go for orch rehearsal and forget all the work that has to be done and have fun sightreading dvorak8. oh darn please don't tell me it's sectionals. i think it is. darn!
haha i tried to get ben to rejoin orch to relive his dvorak9 days but he won't. oh wells.
i took daniel's advice and put my bio book under the sun. let's see how clegg does after infrared radiation treatment. please get well, though i doubt the double-sided tape i so carefully attempted to rebind it with will hold. that does make it a little hard to study for tomorrow's bio test properly.
