life is unfair. just a few days back, i heard a teacher tell a student that it's not possible to mark his/her paper by the next day because he/she had so much other work to do. and it was just an assignment that was only one page long.

i guess it's natural to accept this as a fact that students cannot expect a teacher to complete work by a certain deadline because teachers set deadlines for students, and not the other way around.

but it occurred to me that it's like that for most of us. if a teacher gives us work and expects it by a certain deadline - whether it be tomorrow or next week, we have to complete it by then whether or not we have tons of work from every other subject. and it's expected of us to complete everything on time and meet every deadline despite the fact that we have so many other things to handle on top of academics.

i guess teachers don't really know what it's like to be us because things were different back then. teachers get a lot more sleep than students. ah well, nevermind.

a million things to do: world lit, tok presentation, tok essay, bio design prac, math portfolio, ee, econs IA 3, econs IA 4, bio worksheets.

i really can't wait till ib is over. that will be.

ultimate.
ultimate.

freedom.
