ssef judging is tomorrow...
!!!!!
everyone else's project looks pretty cheem and complicated, using all those huge equipment you only find in universities. and their mentors are all profs or assoc profs. blah. at least the rj girl beside me is doing something understandable.
but the people opposite me are doing some engineering thing. and omg you should see their graphs. it's like 'what on earth is that?!' and there was some guy who brought a microscope for his booth display. plus some person opposite gwen's booth with only about a million ball-and-stick models of some compound, with a diagram of some huge huge huge organic compound that looks un-understandable. another person had this transformer lookalike project.
anyway, i managed to find a lot of relevant, intellectual-sounding information pertaining to my project. so yay! hopefully i don't sound like a total noob compared to the rest of the projects where everyone is attached to some professor and uses all those high tech, space-consuming machines to collect data. all we have is the rotary evaporator. or the autoclave machine. hahaha. what a joke.
ah well, like pc said, it's not for winning medals. it's for the experience. i'm just going to go there and do my best. wheeeee i have lots and lots of space. hopefully can complete some work there tomorrow. world lit! i'm so tempted to finish chem worksheets tonight but i know i should save that for ssef days.
i have decided that one of the most irresistible homework is chem mcqs! especially those with numbers. the moment you see numbers in a chem mcq, you have this urge to solve it immediately. on second thought, maybe smo questions are more irresistible. don't like maths questions which are challenging because they sound complicated. the best math questions are challenging and simple to understand at the same time.
omg i'm insane.
wheeeee i finally completed bio 6.4 essay! i just had to finish it tonight. compulsion. urge.
omg i'm really insane. i wish i'd feel an urge to do world lit. and tok essay. and tok presentation.
ARGH i'm missing both saturday and monday orch rehearsals! what the pong!
missing saturday rehearsal because of yls, and missing monday rehearsal (4h of combined!) because of a 4.5 hour chem lesson which perfectly overlaps ): URGHHHH. i mean, i like chem and everything, but not when it means missing the first combined orch rehearsal for dvorak 8!
