cross-country was a waste of time. as predicted, it did rain heavily this morning. they should be more ___
___ and just cancel it when the dark clouds promise heavy rains, instead of making people still go all the way there. seriously.
ju, jess, eu and i were at the cks tent (even though only ju's in cks :P). hahaha jess and eu's pink umbrellas. we were so bored, then jess said 'oh!! i brought my camera!' haha, some of the guys there were staring at us like 'omg.' eu was studying b&f and ju was studying king lear, and jess and i were just doing nothing.
there seems to be quite a high chance of it raining every time there's cross-country (therefore we should just not have cross country). like that time in sec 2! except mg was quite smart, and sent a relay sms to people who hadnt started making their way to the venue, to go straight to school instead. those of us fortunate to get the sms before driving towards the cross-country venue went to school and gathered in the audi, where they turned off all the lights and let us watch 'life is beautiful'. so awesome.
haha then people started coming in in small groups during the show, and it was a brilliant backup plan for wet-weather cross country (: appropriate show for the gloomy weather. much better than everyone heading for macs and getting the entire place wet + getting soaked + cold.
arghhh my king lear ): ): ): i'm quite upset about it.
