i was flipping through my diary today, and realised something. horror of horrors! prelims is in 2.5 weeks time! yes, i am very slow, i know that. hmm, it's so characteristic of me to say how prelims/whatever exams are so close, and yet, i won't start studying till maybe the week before. urgh. and this is all the more true because of uni apps.
some mad rush to finish uni apps by next thurs :S arghh, it's like this chain effect. ioc end late, relax a bit, then realise uni apps are due reallllly soon, start panicking, only to realise prelims are not too far away.
and neither are ib exams, which are 10 weeks away. which is. so. brilliant. o.o i havent even read paddy clarke omgomgomgomg. i think i've read about 78% of huck finn. and i remember about 69% of siddhartha. these numbers are all rubbish. whatever.
hmm, i'm quite okay with my predicted grades. i think it's a nice number for pgs. dont want something too high, later go for ib exams with that number looming at the back of your mind, giving you pressure. haha.
ANYWAY. I WON MY FIRST MONOPOLY DEAL GAME TODAY!!!!! HAHAAHAHAAHA. yes, what a sense of accomplishment. the other games, i almost won but didnt because just before that, either someone else won or someone else stole all my property with a wonderful card called sly deal.
our class has two monopoly deal groups: the girls group + kenric and minkai; and the ryan-daniel group at the other corner of class. then there's some u-giyo (however you spell that) cards for james, cavan, daniel and david and who else. they make so much noise over that game. plus james introduced another something-eureka card game. cant remember what it's called.
