i've had this lemon craving (lemon ♥) for quite a while, so i made these today. lemon bars - lemon topping on a crunchy, crumbly crust. they're quite yummy - sweet and tangy at the same time, more tangy than sweet though (:
my sister, who's supposedly on a diet, came in and tried one, said they were good, asked what i put into them.
'are they healthy?'
'errr. not exactly, no.'
'mhm, okay. can i have another one please?'
my brother is currently snacking on them while he's having chinese tuition. bringing some to school tomorrow. nice change from chocolate, which i am oh so sick of. really can't bring myself to make something else chocolate-based.
awww (: so cute, right. isaac and ben used him to scare jess that day. carried him upstairs and put him right near her face. wow, loud screams. poor cookie!
back to school tomorrow :X
