IB IS OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have never felt so... liberated before, except maybe for the time after o levels - that was pretty significant, considering how exams stretched over a month. but still, i think finishing ib was a real accomplishment - yes yes, a more difficult road lies ahead and all that, but really, ib was a experience that tested our perseverance. and we've survived it!!!!! ahhhhh :D :D :D
today felt quite unreal. after they said 'stop writing', after i rearranged my papers, after the papers were collected, i just felt stunned by the fact that we'd actually survived the ib exams! results aside, surviving ib is truly an achievement, for me at least. thanks to everyone who helped me along the way, and to 6.3 for the wonderful memories! (:
the girls went to btp, ju and bought monopoly deal! then we ate sushi (quite cheap! julia and char were so enthusiastic in choosing those with the best deals, haha.), michael met us there and returned us our exam papers (the ones from B3-01, not the exam scripts!) - in all our excitement, we'd completely forgotten about collecting the question papers. it was raining, so we camped out at island creamery, playing monopoly deal and eating ice cream (: jess' first time eating at island creamery.
haha i think after math our brains had died. jess, calida and i decided to share a triple scoop because it'd be cheaper that way.
me: 'you guys want to share? it'll be cheaper that way. uhhhh, what is $2.80 times 3? $2.80x3.....'
lady at island creamery: '$7.40'.
haha the three of us were so shocked. hahaha but you know what, i realised that it's actually $8.40. but who cares.
wheeeheeeee jess and i were winning monopoly deal (: though jess was particularly evil, she kept 'just [saying] no' to me every time i tried to sly deal her property wild card, then she'd rent and double the rent on her green property all the time and rob char and i of all our money and property ): haha. anyway! we spent like 2 hours there playing monopoly deal :P
we're leaving for phuket tomorrow!!! the eleven of us from 6.3 (: we'll be back on saturday afternoon. i promise to take lots of photos :D yay, can't wait!!
