ju and i walked to char's house on monday to hang out, played deal, watched blade trinity.

char: 'hey let's watch this! it's quite good.'

me: 'huhhh can we don't watch scary shows please!!'

char: 'it's not scary at all.'

then in the middle of the show, we're hiding behind pillows, peering at the screen from just above the pillow. char's maid was laughing at us.

tuesday was shopping day. went to orchard to do prom shopping with the class girls. had lunch at marmalade pantry with char, ju, hannah, eu, jess, alex and calida. met ida and meredith there after lunch. 6 hours of walking around shops to buy hannah's dress. char hannah and i were looking for shoes. wisma, ion, tangs, isetan scotts, taka. back and forth, back and forth. quite tiring, but at least char and i got our shoes, and hannah got her dress. everyone else left for one reason or another, then char ju hannah and i went to plaza sing for a while. hannah left. char ju and i had dinner and did a bit more shopping for random prom stuff, then headed back home. reached back around 9.40 p.m. zzzzzz.

wednesday, went down to holland village for some prom stuff. oh yeah, then met oliver amelia wilford joshua loke for dinner at city hall, headed over to esplanade for berlin phil!! (: they were amazing, i really enjoyed the concert (: (: (:

thursday was prom. went to ju's house before that, her mum and sister were really nice in helping with all the prep (: char's brother picked us up, drove us down to ritz carlton. prom was the entire night. char jess and hannah slept over at my place. we didnt sleep till 5.00 a.m. just spent all those hours talking and talking. and talking.

lots of funny retarded moments. char doing her creepy finger thing on my arm, saying 'don't sleep!' complete with the random phone light moments, where she flashed the phone light in our faces to make sure we were awake. jess stealing my heart beanie. char stealing my bolster. char complaining over hannah using almost all the blanket. half the blanket was on the floor....... haha what on earth. char throwing off the blankets and turning on the lights, proclaiming 'it's morning!! it's morning!! don't sleep!'

jess making me get out of bed to get her a charger for her iphone. the rest making me go to the kitchen to get drinks and seaweed because they were scared of the dogs. i got back in bed, nice and comfortable. then jess said 'uhhh, do you have an adapter? :D' darnnnn. get out of bed, get an adapter for jess. wasn't going to get out of bed anymore, haha. too lazy.

finally, at about 5am, we kind of fell silent, and the room was quiet. then: 'nic, are you asleep?' 'i'm hungry.' 'me too.' 'me too!' 'nevermind, we'll have prata in 6 hours time, go back to sleep.' 'omg can we have more seaweed?' .......

around 10.00 a.m., 'uh guys, i think we should get up now, since we agreed to meet ju and eu at 11.00 a.m.' 'noooo, i need more sleep. zzzz'. all three of them were still sleeping. so changed the brunch meeting time to 11.30 a.m. then later, changed to 12.15 p.m. finally got them up, met ju and eu at sixth avenue for lunch. no more brunch, haha. walked back to my house, played deal and just talked. i had to follow julia home to get all my stuff because she forgot to bring my stuff to lunch ):

omg my room is so messy. since my aircon has been spoilt for the past few days, i've been sleeping in my parents room, so my room is pretty much like a dumping ground. need to clear it up today!!!

i'm quite glad prom is over. the preparation was just crazy. thank goodness prom only happens once in a long while. class outing on monday (:
